The real me is a goof ball, but I wear my mask. Over the last 10 years I have worked extremly hard at getting to know myself. After several diagnosis' and therapy, I was finally ready to go back to school, and do life coaching so I could help you find your best day ever. I love the feeling when I have a good day.
My life coacing credentials are from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) the most premier certification for a Life Coach to have. I have done hundreds of hours of personal and professional coaching for others and myself. Anyone can benefit from life coaching, even if it's just a small amount, but I understand that not everyone is at a point in there life where they are ready for it. I w

Location
I operate in the Treasure Valley of southwestern Idaho, near Boise, Eagle, Garden City, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Star. If you would like to set up an in-person meeting, I will be available in these areas.
